Many people are interested in learning another language. Often they give up on their idea because it takes too long to learn it. So, it would be nice to know what the easiest language to learn is. It’s hard to say, because the easiest language to learn is subjective. It depends on various factors like your native language, or the resources that are available to you.

You can’t answer this question if you don’t define a starting point. You must know that English is the most spoken language in the world. So, we look at it from the point of view that you can (already) speak English. If you can speak English, there’s a language that has many similarities. The language uses the same alphabet which makes it less hard to learn at the beginning. English and the other language share many words. That’s good if you’re learning vocabulary. Because of the similar sounds of the words it’s easier to remember them. The grammar in both languages is also very similar. The sentences follow a similar structure than the English ones. Additionally, the pronunciation is not that hard. There are consistent rules for how each letter is pronounced.
