Molly’s Monthly Music Mix – Molly Freeman
FEBRUARY
It’s time to get out of the January blues and into some new music. Here’s some upbeat, pop songs for the fresh month of February.
- NF – Let you down
Just another catchy pop song. I can imagine running to this song, you know, if I ever ran.
- MK – 17
Definitely another running/gym song; it’s got the right beat for a quick pace run.
- IDGAF – Dua Lipa
Another one from Dua that reminds us girls that we don’t need men in our life. She’s pulled out another chart topper that has easy lyrics to remember.
- Let me go – Hailee Steinfeld
This is another lady who has been dominating the charts and this collaborative piece is no different. I’ve heard it all over the radio and it easily gets stuck in your head.
- Barking – Ramz
Pretty odd if you don’t know this song already…
6. Decline – Raye
This song is a great break-up song. It signifies empowerment and independence and again, is also pretty catchy.
- No words – Dave
This song is soooo good! It is super catchy and the rap is slow enough to make you feel like you could tour the world with your skills.
- Finders keepers – Mabel
A personal favourite from the list. This song has been around for quite a while so you’ve probably heard it but it’s too good not to include.
- Anywhere – Rita Ora
I kind of feel this song transports you to somewhere exotic; it feels adventurous and risky.
- Never be the same – Camilla Cabello
After the amazing number 1, Havana, Cabello shows off her vocals with this ballad-pop song. I have a feeling this will be at the top of the charts soon.
CWD – Y11
