Guess who…? English edition – Hebe M
As 2026 kicks off, a prominent trend has emerged focused on throwback pictures of 2016. So, I thought it would only be fitting to have our very own throwback series. The challenge: can you guess which teacher is behind each adorable baby picture?
Each week, we will be showcasing a selection of baby photos from a particular department. Your mission: figure out who the little one’s grew up to be.
First up: the book loving bunch – the English department. Who would have guessed these tiny faces would one day be teaching Macbeth and inspiring young minds?
We’ll start with a fairly straight forward picture. Already hard at work even as a child, this little scholar clearly put in the effort. It certainly paid off!
Next, a very smiley baby! Loving the tuft of hair and the fun outfit. Could this nostalgic style be the clue you need to guess who they are today?
Here’s someone with strong blonde hair. Who knew this baby would go on to become a star on the RHS football field?
Finally, another impressive head of hair rounds out our lineup. Can you spot which excited little face grew into which member of our staff?
