Guess who…? Science Edition – Hebe M

After a very successful first instalment of this series, we’re back with our second department. And without keeping you in suspense any longer, here are the identities of our mystery English teachers:

  1. Mr Hodson – probably the easiest of them all. I had countless conversations this week about just how identical his baby photo still looks to him now.
  2. Mr Cocker – he’s got slightly more hair these days…
  3. Mr Gould – was it the sassy expression that gave it away?
  4. Mrs Scott – little did she know she’d go on to direct the hugely successful Les Mis at our school.

How many did you guess correctly?

This week we’re turning our attention to the mighty Science department. With so many teachers to choose from, identifying them may be a little more challenging, the only clue I can offer is one area of science is far more represented than the others. Whether its biology, chemistry or physics… well, that’s for you to work out…

Let’s begin our new set of clues and see if you can predict which of these babies grew up to teach astronomy, electrolysis or the circulatory system.

A very distinct hair colour to start us off – but could this be deceiving?

A well-presented boy, who I’m sure had a spring in his step.

This baby is already showing early signs of a passion for engineering.

A very smiley and bubbly baby here. The pink colour scheme links Perfectly to the future woman in STEM she would become.

To round things off: an incredible haircut paired with a colourful outfit. Little did this child know they’d eventually be teaching science.

I hope this brought some entertainment at the end of the week, and that you managed to work out who some of these children grew up to be.

If you are confident with any of your guesses then please do email or tell me and, if correct, you may gain a shoutout next week.
