Meet the prefects … by their shirts- Lauren S and Molly N

A new year, a new prefect cohort, a new generation of fashion. The first few weeks have seen an explosion of colour in Nelson and around the school, with some ‘unique’ shirts being spotted in the corridors. So what better way to introduce the 2024-25 prefects than by their shirts! Make sure you vote on your favourite in the poll!

Esther O (aka Dep Head Girl):

A flamboyance of flamingos starts us off. This is definitely one of the most unique shirts out of the prefects, making her stand out as dep head of school! To quote Niece “absolutely stunning!” How do you feel?

Sean E (aka Dep Head Boy):

Sean is clearly studying hard (while recruiting for the school cross country team…). But more about the shirt – it’s a classic, and in Sean’s opinion “it’s great!” But do YOU take his word for it?

Tilly J:

Proudly showing off the logo, Tilly is a huge advocate for the Crew Clothing Company. I don’t think a single one of her shirts ISN’T from Crew. This one is a classic, with a very cutesy, very mindful floral pattern.

Molly N (aka Head Girl):

Taking notes from Tilly with the Crew shirt – she has clearly fallen for Tilly’s advertising technique, floral pattern and all. As Head Girl, all eyes are on her, so no pressure, Molly! Do you think she understood the assignment?

Phoebe G:

Of course someone is wearing Ralph Lauren! It is definitely a vibrant colour – so you certainly won’t miss her in the corridor! Is it too vibrant though? We’ll let you decide…

Niece A:

Despite the RHS Instagram account cropping off some of her shoulder, it’s a nice shirt. Definitely on the safe side, looking quite similar to the School Blazer sixth form shirt – but is playing it safe better?

Mia A:

A different take on the classic white shirt. Love the details and she definitely pulls it off well! But is it too simple? … you decide….
